Kids

Per the guest limit at our venue, we will we not be able to have children attend.

However, if you are traveling with your children to our wedding, please let the resort know you'll be needing a nanny when you call to make the reservation and they can provide childcare during the event. For those not staying at the resort, we have a list of nanny's recommended by locals for your utilization. 

 

Also, we joyously welcome your children to any of the events outside of the actual wedding. Don’t hesitate to let us know how we can further help!

Attire

Black tie - We so rarely have the opportunity to dress black tie, that we embraced the chance! However, we do understand that black tie is not an option for all of our guests, as such, formal attire is acceptable. We are so looking forward to celebrating with all of you.

 

Please note: We are planning for an outside ceremony, which should last 30 or so minutes. We do have an inside location in case of inclement weather. Please check back for updates. 

Ceremony Location & Parking

The wedding ceremony and reception will be taking place at the Pinehurst Country Club at: 1 Carolina Vista Drive, Pinehurst, North Carolina 28374

 

Please note - the Carolina Hotel (with the big boxwood Pinehurst sign in front) is separate from the Pinehurst Country Club.

Our wedding is in the same building as the Pinehurst Resort Clubhouse. You will see two separate entrances; please enter through the Pinehurst Country Club entrance.

Valet Parking will be available at the entrance to Pinehurst Country Club. Otherwise, there is ample parking across the street.

 

Upon parking, please walk through the Pinehurst Country Club, out to the first tee box of course #2. There will be signage and people to show you the way.
